I am a Warwick Zeeman Lecturer interested in viscous fluid dynamics, soft matter and elasticity, as well as phase change. Prior to this, I was a research fellow in Tom Montenegro-Johnson's group, working on understanding hydrogels: soft, squishy materials formed from a hydrophilic polymer scaffold surrounded by adsorbed water molecules. Before Warwick, I completed a PhD in DAMTP at the University of Cambridge with Grae Worster.
