About Me:
Welcome to my page. I am a Mathematics PhD Student interested in Mathematical Biology, specifically ecology and modelling in an environmental context.
My supervisor is Lukas Eigentler.
I completed an MMath from the University of Sheffield in 2020, although I technically didn’t graduate until 2022 as the world was a tad preoccupied at the time. After University I became a Maths teacher at St Edmund Campion Catholic School and Sixth Form in North Birmingham from Sept 2020 to July 2025. I loved my time teaching there and was lucky enough to be a Head of Year in their incredible Sixth Form from April 2022. While I found this incredibly rewarding I have wanted to pursue further study in Mathematics since I completed a SURE (Sheffield Undergraduate Research Experience) project with Jonathan Potts and Natasha Ellison in the summer of 2019.
I am located in the office B0.15 in the Zeeman Building with my fellow first year PhD students.
