About Me
I was born in the past, like many people I know. I won't put my birthday up here under the pretence of personal security, but mostly to force you to assume at all times that it might be my birthday, and that therefore you should give me cake whenever you see me.
I grew up in the wild wastelands of rural Oxfordshire, before leaving for the bright lights of Bath where I studied for an MMath between 2009 and 2013, before moving to Warwick in Autumn 2013 to begin studying for a PhD in Group Theory.
I am a Christian (feel free to ask me why), and attend St Paul's in Leamington Spa.
In my spare time, I enjoy finding as many unproductive ways to waste time as possible. These include, but are not limited to, TV series (for which my tastes vary; I tend to binge on TV shows), video games (casually and without much semblence of ability) and board games. I am also increasingly a fan of sleeping.
In 2014 I thought it was a good idea to start running, and that it would be an even better idea to blog about it. Feel free to give it a read if you enjoy hearing the ramblings of the chronically unfit.
