Conference in honour of H.O. Georgii

Conference in honour of Hans-Otto Georgii at Ludwig-Maximilans Universität München, Munich, Germany, 17th-18th July 2009. Prof. H.-O. Georgii is turning 65 in 2009. He is the author of several fundamental contributions to mathematical statistical mechanics, Gibbs measures, large deviations, and point processes. The Mathematics Institute of LMU Munich is organizing a conference with contributions in his field of expertise.
