MATLAB
Matlab runs on most Unix and linux machines. A short tutorial on Matlab can be found on Igor Kozin's Matlab Tutorial
Maple
Maple runs on most Unix and linux machines. A short tutorial on Maple can be found on pdf , ps or html format. There is also an example of a Maple worksheet that was used in the Financial Mathematics MSc in html format.
Mathematica
Mathematica runs on most machines. A short mathematica worksheet written by Igor Kozin can be found on worksheet .
DSTOOL
DSTOOL is a program to analyse dynamical systems.
