Piecewise and Low-Dimensional Dynamics
Monday 4 - Wednesday 6 July 2011
Organisers Henk Bruin (Surrey) and Sebastian van Strien
This is part of a year long symposium on "Ergodic Theory and Dynamical Systems": Click here for Symposium page
This meeting will be followed by a meeting on Chaos to Complexity (6-8 July) and a Workshop on Ergodic Theory and Dynamical Systems (11-15 July)
This meeting will focus on phenomena in low dimensional dynamical systems including those induced by piecewise smoothness.
The topics of this conference include: piecewise isometries, Lozi maps, Nash maps, Henon-like maps, low-dimensional skew-products.
List of Participants. Abstracts Registration is closed.
