Faraday PyBaMM Training Workshop
Scope
This workshop will provide an introduction to PyBaMMLink opens in a new window (Python Battery Mathematical Modelling), an open-source battery simulation package written in Python. It will cover the basic functionality to solve and customise battery models.

The registration fee for the workshop is £50 (which includes lunch and tea/coffee for both days).

Preparation
We will be sending out some instructions for preparatory material and we strongly recommend that you go through the instructions, to maximise the benefit of attending at the workshop. We will assume that attendees are familiar with Python and will not be able to help people install it on the day, so we expect attendees to come prepared.

Venue
The workshop will take place in the Humanities Building (room H0.58Link opens in a new window) of the University of Warwick.
Travel
The closest train station is Coventry, from which you can take the 12X bus to campus. If you are in one of the slow trains, you can stop at Canley which is a 20-25 minute walk away from campus. Check this website for more information on how to arrive to campus.
Accommodation is not provided, so those wanting to stay overnight can make their own arrangements. There is limited on-campus accommodation, which can be booked through Warwick ConferencesLink opens in a new window. Other options are available in Coventry and in Kenilworth, which is 10 minutes away from campus on the 11 bus.
