Keys
Keys are kept in the key safe to the side of the front door of your house. You will be contacted with the key code prior to your arrival. If you are unaware of your code before you travel, please ensure that you contact the MRC via .
Getting Here
The Maths Houses are found on the Gibbet Hill site. On arrival please follow the main thorough fare through the site towards the Life Sciences buildings until you pick up the signs to the Maths Houses.

Smoking
Smoking is forbidden anywhere in University buildings, including the Maths Houses. This policy also applies to the use of electronic cigarettes, as the use of electronic cigarettes is prohibited wherever smoking is prohibited.
Arrival
You may check in to your accommodation from 4pm on the day of arrival.
Departure
You must check out by 10am on the day of departure.
Housekeeping
The general day to day cleaning of the house is the responsibility of the occupant during their time in there if staying for less than 1 week. For guests staying for more than 1 week, a weekly cleaning service is provided.
The MRC will arrange for a deep clean of each house at the end of each guests stay.
NB. Please ensure that after using the shower or bath, the bathroom should be ventilated by opening the window for at least 30 minutes.
Faults and Breakages
Please report and faults or breakages to the MRC via as soon as you can.

Need Wi-Fi at Warwick? Upon arrival go to mobile network > ‘Warwick Guest’ > ‘Create a new account’ > ‘Attending a Conference’. Eduroam also works very well everywhere on the campus.
