What is decolonising mental health and wellbeing?

Decolonising mental health and wellbeing refers to being more accepting and inclusive of wellbeing practices from around the world. For example, Yoga has been a method to monitor wellbeing that finds its roots in India.

The importance of these age old practices is being brought back into light by modern research regarding their benefits.
