Research Projects

Nikhil talks about his Research Project

You will have the opportunity to investigate and carry out novel research in the area of economic psychology and experimental economics. Students will work within one of the Departments' labs, designing and running independent empirical work that addresses a current research question. Students will have the support of experts in the field and will produce research suitable for publication in an international journal.

Academic staff will provide potential topics for research. Students are matched up to the topics that interest them and may even be allowed to offer a topic of their own if it fits in with current research. Students are offered one to one sessions to help them to write a project proposal and timetable for completion of the project. Full support is offered by way of ethical guidelines, laboratory space and equipment and funding for experiments.
