APTS week 3 (Warwick): Academy Dinner selection

On the Thursday evening of the third APTS week, we will be holding an 'Academy Dinner'. Please use the form below to select your choice of menu, and to tell us of any special requirements you may have: this needs to be done by noon on Friday 15th June.

Two menus are available: Ominivorous: Starter: Continental meat platter, rocket and Berskwell cheese salad Main Course: Ballotine of guinea fowl, confit drumstick, lemon herb and berry stuffing Dessert: Dark chocolate tart with tangerine sorbet Vegetarian: Starter: Roasted vegetable salad, "Warwick" dressing, crisp croutons, Parmesan shavings and cherry tomatoes Main Course: Wild mushroom twice baked soufflé, creamed leek, parmesan crisp. Dessert: Dark chocolate tart with tangerine sorbet The "vegetarian" menu contains dishes which the caterers describe as "suitable for vegetarians". They may contain eggs and dairy products -- please indicate if you have more restrictive dietary requirements.
