Request to Graduate Early

You should only submit this form if;

  • You are currently a third year student registered on an integrated masters course
  • It is after the course transfer deadline (week 10 of term 1)
  • You have made a definite decision that you want to graduate this academic year

You should note that;

  • If you submit this form after the Summer examination boards it will not be possible to graduate you until the September examination boards
  • You should also submit a course transfer request in eVision. This will be "parked" until after the examination boards.
Please confirm that you understand that the examination board will graduate you with a BSc degree at the end of the current academic year if you complete this form. You should NOT submit this form if you have not made a final decision. (required)
Please confirm that you understand that you should complete a course transfer form in eVision and have noted that the course transfer will not be processed until after the end of the academic year. (required)

The data on this form will be sent to the Statistics finalists examination board to consider you for classification for the award of a BSc degree at the end of your third year when you are formally registered on an integrated masters course. Your information will not be used for any other purpose.
