Register for Environmental Modelling meets Infectious Diseases

The University of Warwick will process your personal data provided on this online registration form for the purpose(s) of administering and facilitating your attendance at the workshop on Environmental Modelling meets Infectious Diseases: from Mathematics to Applications on the 16-17 April 2026.

The legal basis for processing this personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract and also consent (consent- in relation to dietary and disability requirements).  You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting stats.events@warwick.ac.uk. However, if you do so then we will not be able to cater or provide for the above.

Your personal data will not be transferred outside of the UK, will be kept securely by the University of Warwick and will be retained for a period of six months after the event has taken place.
