Conferences
All funded CDT students are provided with a generous Research Training Support Grant (RTSG) for the duration of their PhD. This currently includes:
- Provision of a laptop for the duration of the PhD programme
- Funding for conferences, workshops, summer schools, study visits and other academic activities
Terms and conditions apply and are available in the current students' PhD Handbook. The above provision may vary depending on your funding source. Your RTSG will be specified in your funding offer.
In the last year, our PhD students have attended over 80 conferences, workshops and summer schools hosted across the globe.
