We will send you more information via email closer to the event, including a link to access the online event if applicable.

If you live in the UK and are not currently a University of Warwick student, you may wish to travel to attend the in-person event. Please contact the PGR Support Team in advance of arranging any travel so that we can advise on what transport costs may be reimbursed. We are normally only able to reimburse public transport costs, i.e. standard/economy class rail or bus fares (original receipts must accompany all reimbursement claims).
