Skew normal distributions and multiple level missing data

Outline:

Outcomes in health care research use quality of life or health scores which often provide data which are skewed and bounded. Such scores might be measured on several occasions. Missing data arises from people declining to enter studies, failing to respond after enrolling in studies, and failing to answer all questions when they do respond. There are various modelling challenges which can be explored.
