Dynamic multivariate data analysis in high-dimensional spaces

Outline:

The progress that has been made for analysing high-dimensional data is usually for static data in that the characteristics of data do not change with time or covariates. In practice, however, data distributions always vary due to a plethora of reasons. This project aims to develop more flexible statistical tools that capture dynamic information inherent in large datasets with statistical guarantees.
