Outline:

Contemporary data with structured variables are being increasingly collected in applied areas, for example, in neuroimaging, one may be interested in inferring the dependence of an fMRI image based on a huge number of genetic factors. The aim of this project is to develop new methodologies for analysing data of such kind.
