Accommodation

The workshop fees include accommodation between Mon. 14th - Wed. 16th April. Optional accommodation on Sun. 13th is offerred as an option during registration at an additional charge (£80 for "Regular", £53.50 for "Student").

Accommodation is offerred at the following locations. Please use this map to locate the hotel/residence you have been allocated to.

• Regular Participants: Bed & Breakfast accommodation at the Radcliffe on-campus conference hotel (building no. 52 in the map linked above). Participants should report to Radcliffe Reception to collect keys to their rooms. Parking is available at Radcliffe.
• Student Participants: Confortable Bed & Breakfast en-suite student accommodation at the Arthur Vick Halls of Residence (building no. 3 in the map linked above). Participants can collect their keys from the main Conferences Reception located in the Main Atrium of the Student Union Building (building no. 62 in the map). Please note, breakfast will be served in a differelt location: Conferences Reception can provide you with details. No Parking is available at Arthur Vick, however participants can use campus Car Paks 7, 8, 8a and 15 free of charge (please refer to the travel section of the workhop website for details).
