Speakers who are travelling from overseas can have the option of staying overnight on the 17 September.

In collecting and further processing your personal data [information that relates to you] the University is a controller of your personal data. 

We process your personal data for the purposes of processing your administering and facilitating your attendance at the 2024 Rare Event Sampling Workshop, 18 - 20 September 2024. 

The lawful basis for processing your personal data is to enable us to fulfil our obligation where we have a contractual relationship with you under a contract and consent (where you have provided special category data e.g. dietary requirements).

We will keep your personal data for a period of up to one month after the workshop has taken place, unless you indicated above that you wish to receive information about future conferences. This is to enable the organisers to obtain feedback from the event.
