Yuxi Jiang
I am a fourth-year PhD student in the CDT programme jointly held by the University of Warwick and the University of Oxford (OxWaSP). I am supervised by Dr Paul Jenkins (Warwick) and Dr Murray Pollock (Newcastle). Before joining this programme, I completed an integrated Masters Degree in MORSE at the University of Warwick.
My research interests are within the field of Applied and Computational Statistics including Monte Carlo methods, the Bernoulli factory, exact simulation of diffusion and Monte Carlo Fusion. Currently, I am working on the application of Monte Carlo Fusion to problems with compact support spaces.
