CURRENT POSITION

I manage the operational level of applied linguistics departmental administration relating to Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes, non-award bearing programmes and activities, research projects, departmental finances, administrative personnel, IT support, infrastructure and workload. I also work in conjunction with the Head of Department to develop the strategic direction of the department.

PREVIOUS ROLE

I joined the University of Warwick in March 2013, initially as a Development Assistant as part of the Development Office before moving to the Institute of Advanced Study as a Programme Coordinator. From January 2015 I worked as the Centre Administrator for the Warwick ESRC Doctoral Training Centre, before changing roles in January 2017 when I became DTP Consortium Manager for the Midlands Graduate School ESRC Doctoral Training Partnership. I joined the applied linguistics department in February 2020.
