Becki began her career by teaching unqualified in a challenging school in Erdington before completing her PGCE at Birmingham University.

Becki completed her NQT year in Hinckley followed by teaching secondary Physical Education in South Birmingham at a school for Autistic/Aspergers leraners and later in an SEN school in Coventry.

Becki completed her MA Professional Studies as the first cohort that the progressive qualification was offered aligned to a PGCE university course.
