Key Responsibilities:

Jon is responsible for providing high quality administrative support for the admissions and enrolment processes associated with our initial teacher education (ITE), professional development and related programmes.

Jon is also responsible for the provision of processes related to the PGCE Interview Selection days.

Jon offers the day-to day provision of processes, information and supports for a range of people including; prospective applicants, applicants, staff and external school partners.

Acting as the first point of contact Jon is responsible for enquiry handling, monitoring and responding to resource account email queries, referring specific enquires to the appropriate contact and ensuring there is effective follow-up and resolution.
