Nicholas is a Senior Teaching Fellow and the PGCE International Programme lead at the Centre for Teacher Education. He has extensive experience leading, inspecting and developing private and public sector institutions in the UK and overseas. A former international school Principal and ISI school inspector, Nicholas has held senior leadership roles in the UK, US, China, Egypt and Japan.

Nicholas is also a Certified Professional Coach and Master Leadership Practitioner, committed to working with Heads, senior leaders and teachers to facilitate the growth of individuals, teams and institutions.
