Paul brings 36 years in secondary education to his role as Associate Teaching Fellow at Warwick. Twenty of these spent as a Senior Leader, and twelve as Vice-Principal at two new-build, flagship Academies.
He was Artistic Director of a pageant for Pope John Paul II's visit to Baginton Airport in 1982, before an audience of half a million, and has directed over 50 school or community productions, including original plays and musicals.

His experience centres around: Drama, Theatre and the Performing Arts, English Literature and Language, leadership, playwriting, song-writing, creative curriculums, mentoring, student experience, assessment, school branding and P.R.
