Eramus+ exchange

The Centre for Teacher Education welcomed our friends from the Dar Es Salaam College of Education in Tanzania. Professor Godliving Mtui and other senior colleagues visited Warwick to share ideas about Teacher Education. This exchange has been facilitated by an Erasmus + grant from the European Union. In total 12 teacher educators from Tanzania will be visiting Warwick to develop their understanding of teaching and learning, teaching quality and school-facing research

Professor Mtui thanked Director of the Centre, Kate Ireland, for the warm welcome!

“Our common interests in excellence in Teacher Education join us together. We have learned much this week about the role of partnership and how to develop provision for our trainee teachers in school. You have an impressive and highly motivated group of schools you work with.’
