Step-by-Step guide to mentoring a Warwick trainee
Your role as a mentor is very important to the development of our trainee teachers, and one we value highly at CTE. So that we continue to support and promote our network of high-quality mentors, we ask that you complete the following:

3) Watch this short clip about accessing and navigating your way around the Axia Platform - click HERE.
Your trainee will link you to their Axia dashboard through an email invite. This is where all trainee activity is documented such as the weekly meetings, PPU activity and the Collaborative Assessment Points (CAPs). These bulletins provide regular, important information about your trainee's placement.
