I think my initial concerns are with the format of Warwick’s trainee programme as I have never worked with them before and ensuring that I am fulfilling my role. This will be overcome by this online course, attendance at training events and reading the course booklets and associated forms thoroughly.
I believe the biggest challenge I have is getting to grips with the paperwork, expectations of a mentor as this is my first time being a mentor. However I plan to overcome these by going to training and reading expectations of a mentor on the Warwick website.
