School Confirmation of Understanding

A senior representative from the Placement school supporting a Warwick candidate for the duration of their iQTS or PGCEi Programme must complete the School Confirmation of understanding form below (selecting the relevant assessment method the school support) and confirm details of the candidate's Mentor.

Mentor CV

A curriculum vitae (CV) detailing the experience of the Mentor allocated to the trainee by the school

for the duration of their iQTS or PGCEi Programme must be uploaded within the School Confirmation of Understanding form.

Partnership Agreement
(iQTS only)

For candidates undertaking a PGCE iQTS programme a Partnership Agreement must be provided signed by a senior representative within the school.
A copy of the Partnership Agreement to download and sign can be found at the button below.

This should then be uploaded in the form below along with the Mentor CV.

For a candidate joining the PGCE iQTS Programme please upload a completed, signed copy of your iQTS Partnership Agreement and a copy of the CV of the mentor supporting them while on programme here.
