Planned outage to SITS on Wednesday 6th September 2017 at 08:00
In addition to the annual outage to SITS for system upgrades four dates are reserved for quarterly system patching that may require a shorter outage. On these dates we strive to and in most cases manage to avoid any outage at all, this unfortunately will not be possible for the scheduled date on Wednesday 6th September 2017.
There will therefore be a planned outage to SITS on Wednesday 6th September 2017 at 08:00. Normal service is expected to be resumed at or before 17:00.
- SITS client and eVision will be affected.
- The read only environment ROSA will not be available.
Every effort will be made to return service as soon as possible.
Our outage webpage will be updated with further information relating to system availability as and when we become aware. As this patch affects the underlying operating system there will also be instructions should you experience a 'uniface' error once the system has returned to service: http://www2.warwick.ac.uk/services/academicoffice/sits/upgrade
