The third horizon
So often, we focus on the challenges that we need to address today, the first horizon. At events, and online, and among our peers we often talk in terms of trends when looking at the future of the industry, the edge of our horizon.

The third horizon represents the changes that we know need to happen but that we aren’t addressing yet.

Today we’re wrestling with becoming content curators and the tangible value of learning. In the future we’re going to become performance architects, engineering access to gains for our business. But if learning machines are predicting the needs of the learner and surfacing that in context, in the moment, what do we need to today to prepare for that future?
