Welcome Week Timetable

Here is an overview of your induction timetable. Carefully note the dates and times of sessions you should attend. We encourage you to participate in as many Welcome events as possible, throw yourself into the opportunities we offer and get as much out of your first few weeks as you can. More information can be found on the Welcome to Warwick webpages.

Please note that the timetable is subject to minor changes, so please ensure that you keep returning to this page.

Campus Orientation Game (In-person) - in Panorama 2 on the 2nd floor of the Rootes Building

Instructions for joining the game:

  • Sign up for this event via the Welcome Week app. You will be able to choose a start time between 10:00am-14:15pm.
  • Please arrive in Panorama 2 (located on the 2nd floor of the Rootes Building) at the time you have pre-booked to allow us to manage the number of people in the venue with social distancing measures in place. Try not to arrive late.
  • You will be put into teams on your arrival.
  • You will be given instructions on the day.
  • Please wear a face mask while moving around the Rootes Buildig.
  • Make sure you bring waterproof outdoor clothing in case it rains.
  • Wear sensible shoes as there will be a bit of walking.

Objective of the game:

The objective of this game is for you to meet other Economics students while finding your way around campus. You'll be given a list of places on campus to find. The three groups who complete all tasks the quickest will win prizes!
