Come and network with a range of employers and management consultancies and take part in careers and skills sessions to enhance your employability. This event is for students studying Economics (L100,L116, LM1D) or PPE.

Programme

Time	Event
4.00 – 4.40pm	Keynote speech: Professor Andy Ross "Working as a Government Economist" Professor Andy Ross, Former deputy director of the UK Government Economic Service and deputy director at HM Treasury. Andy is a visiting professor at Reading University, and visiting research fellow at Leeds University, he is also a part-time lecturer at Birkbeck.
4.50 – 5.30pm	Keynote Speech: Dr Stephen Lovelady Dr Stephen Lovelady is currently Global Modelling & Analytics Manager for Unilever following a career in both academia and at Deloitte. Stephen is a Warwick Alumni having studied for BSc, MSc and PhD at Warwick. Stephen’s talk will consider Unilever and sustainability and what motivates us to come to work as well as tips on being noticed in large organisations and how he uses Economics in his job amongst other things.
5.00 – 7.00pm	Employer Fair and Networking Opportunity Find out about the companies represented.
5.00 – 6.30pm	Careers and Skills Workshops 5.00-5.30pm Internships Explained 5.30-6.30pm Amazing applications and your skills uncovered
6.00 – 6.30pm	Postgraduate Study in Economics Find out more about the opportunities for postgraduate taught study and research in the Department of Economics at Warwick.
6.30 – 7.30pm	Q&A with our Alumni Panel and Drinks Reception Join us for an insightful Q&A with our Alumni panel. A chance to pose your questions to Warwick Alumni working a range of careers. Alumni include Dr Stephen Lovelady (Unilever), Robin Sherbourne (ODI Fellowship), Alyssa Lam (Compass Lexecon). Further names to be announced.
