Thank you for registering for Question Time 2016. This is a final reminder of the joining instructions which you will need in order to access the event:

Question Time will take place on Monday 3rd October, at 6.15pm in the Butterworth Hall, Warwick Arts Centre. The event will start promptly at 6.15pm with doors opening at 5.45pm and closing at 6.10pm, so please arrive in good time.

Please remember that you will only gain entry by wearing a Question Time wristband, instruction and how to obtain a wristband are as follows:

• If you are a new Economics Undergraduate: you will find a wristband in your UG welcome pack which you will receive at departmental induction.
• If you are a new PPE Undergraduate: you will find a wristband in your UG welcome pack which you will receive at departmental induction.
• If you are a new undergraduate student and Politics and International Studies is your home department: you will be given you wristband at your welcome meeting on Monday 3rd October.
  
• If you are a new MSc or MRes Economics student: you should have found your wristband in the PG welcome pack that you were given at departmental induction.
• If you are a current Economics student: you should collect your wristband from the QT Help Desk in the Warwick Arts Centre foyer between 1.30-3.30pm on Monday 3rd October.
• If you are a current PPE student: you should collect your wristband from Claire Watters in Room S1.63, Social Sciences Building or from the QT Help Desk in the Warwick Arts Centre foyer between 1.30-3.30pm on Monday 3rd October 2016.
• If you are an current PAIS student: you should collect your wristband from the QT Help Desk in the Warwick Arts Centre foyer between 1.30-3.30pm on Monday 3rd October.
• If you are a member of Economics staff or PhD student: you should collect your wristband from Reena Panchal, Robyn Till or Chrissie Elliot-Duxson in the Economics department.
• Any staff and students who are external to Economics: should collect their wristband from the QT Help Desk in the Warwick Arts Centre foyer between 1.30-3.30pm on Monday 3rd October.

The QT helpdesk will remain open between 3.30-5.30pm, however we do recommend you come to get your wristbands early, if at all possible.

If you have lost your wristband, or did not receive one in your welcome pack then please go to the QT Help Desk or visit Reena Panchal (S0.85, Social Sciences Building), Chrissie Elliot-Duxson (S0.86, Social Sciens Building) or Robyn Till (S0.86, Social Sciences Building) in the Economics department to get a replacement.

Please be aware that this event will be recorded and streamed live onto the Piazza.
