Congratulations on your offer of a place at Warwick!
We would be delighted if you chose to join us in October and thought you might find the following information helpful in making your final decision and preparing for the programme before it begins...
All students will need to come to Room S1.14 in the Social Studies Building to register with the department and collect a welcome pack on Monday 3rd October between 9am and 11.00. Please come as close to 9am as possible.
LLM Students - The first week of term is dedicated to welcoming all students. There are a number of module introduction sessions taking place during this week where you can ask module tutors questions. We advise you attend as many as possible before making your final module choices at the end of the first week. We have also organised a number of social events so that you can get to know your fellow classmates as well as members of staff.
Click here for a detailed timetable of the LLM welcome events.
Research Students - We have organised an additional welcome meeting for PhDs whilst LLM students attend their module sessions.
Click here for a detailed timetable of the research welcome events.
PLEASE NOTE: Timetables will be uploaded for 2016/17 in September.
The University of Warwick is offering a number of PG events to welcome new students to the University prior to departmental orientation programmes. These events will take place the week before term begins to help students get prepared, connected and inspired as they embark on their studies. None of the events are compulsory but you may find them useful. These events can be found here.
Please note you MUST attend the Law School Welcome Week.
Student guides will be provided when you register with the department as part of your welcome packs.
