Hybrid Conference on Judicial Independence in Africa
The Global South Network organises the hybrid conference on judicial independence in Africa on 22 March 2023. The conference aims to explores the nature and scope of both de jure judicial independence (constitutional guarantees provided to the judiciary against other branches of the government) and de facto judicial independence (independence in a behavioural sense) in Africa.
