Professor Vanessa Munro is highly commended for Research Impact

Warwick Law School’s Professor Vanessa Munro was highly commended in the recent Warwick Research Celebration which recognised colleagues who have excelled in different aspects of research.

Professor Munro researches sexual offences policy, jury reform, and victim-survivor experiences in the justice system. She collaborates with third-sector organisations, policymakers, and practitioners, including Rape Crisis Scotland and the Ministry of Justice. Her work aims to improve sexual and domestic abuse policy and outcomes.

Held on the 7 April at The Slate, the Warwick Research Celebration brought together the University of Warwick research community to celebrate our research excellence and impact. As we celebrate our 60th anniversary, the celebration looked back on our collective achievements, and ahead to how we're working to make the world a better place. The event included an awards ceremony to recognise the contributions of individuals and teams to research successes.

Congratulations Vanessa from everyone here at Warwick Law School.
