Law, Consumer Protection and Overriding Mandatory Provisions in Private International Law" at the recent research roundtable on The Codification Of Commercial Law: The Proposal For A Common European Sales Law hosted by the Centre for European Law and Internationalisation at the University of Leicester on 19th October 2012. Hugh Beale returned to speak at the second of these roundtables in March 2013.
