Cluster Overview
The Warwick Family Law Cluster brings together academics, students and practitioners with an interest in family law. It is specifically focused on creating community and engagement within the Midlands. Members of the Family Law Cluster research a number of areas, including private family matters, public family matters, property law, wills and criminal offences. This intersectionality is a key strength of the Cluster, enabling our members to undertake both doctrinal and socio-legal research. Our events subsequently cover a wide range of topical issues and debates in the family law sphere.
