This form is to be completed for the purposes of your Annual Review meeting and to be submitted by 31 May.

The panel will be constituted of two academic members of staff. At the review, you will be asked to give a short (10 minute) presentation of your research question and progress to date. Our aim is to identify any issues and whether we can help with your progress or deal with any barriers to your completion of your thesis or indeed development of your future career.
