Expressions of interest in applying for EUIPO PES traineeship

This form is being used to select candidates to recommend to the EUIPO as shortlisted candidates eligible to apply for the PES Traineeship programme 2026.  Only those who are shortlisted can apply. Being shortlisted is only the first step.  Shortlisted candidates will still need to apply to the EUIPO in the application window (1–31 March 2026 using this portal https://www.euipo.europa.eu/en/about-us/the-office/who-we-are/employer-of-choice/pan-european-seal-programme)

Please apply to be shortlisted by end of day 16 February 2026.  You will be notified by 28 February if you have been selected.  There is no limit to the number who can be shortlisted but we are keen that those shortlisted represent the best of Warwick and so do take some care with completing this form.

The answers will be considered by the shortlisting team at Warwick. Completing this form also gives your consent for your details to be shared with the EUIPO if selected for the shortlist.

If you have any questions, please contact Dr Lumi Olteanu (Luminita.Olteanu@warwick.ac.uk) or Prof Jane Bryan (jane.bryan@warwick.ac.uk) putting PES in the email title.
