EASG Seminar with Alastair Morgan on "Demystifying North Korean Policy"
About the Talk
Alastair Morgan will discuss the strategic objectives and underlying drivers of North Korea's external policies. He will focus on North Korea's policy towards and relations with China and with Russia; its current rejection of any substantive engagement with the United States; and its categorisation of South Korea as an enemy state. He will reflect on the implications of these issues for global order, and for the UK's own foreign policy.
