Counterterrorism Research Report Launch: 10th July

Professor Heath-Kelly will be joined by speakers from Amnesty, Open Rights Group, Preventwatch and Healing Justice London to launch the new MedAct report: 'Unhealthy Liaisons: NHS Collaboration with the Counter Terrorism Clinical Consultancy Service'.

New Article on Brexit’s Discursive Politics by Ben Clift

A new article co-authored by Ben Clift and former PAIS Professor Ben Rosamond is just published in New Political Economy. Entitled ‘Technocratic reason in hard times: the mobilisation of economic knowledge and the discursive politics of BrexitLink opens in a new window’, it explores why credentialed economic expertise did not enjoy a privileged position within the Brexit debate.

Interdisciplinary Research Spotlights Funding Call DEADLINE 5th June

NEW FUND: Interdisciplinary Research Spotlights: Research Development Fund (IRDF) Call 24/25
As part of the launch on the new Spotlights programme, we are pleased to announce the opening of a new fund aimed at interdisciplinary research. The 2024-25 Interdisciplinary Research Spotlights Research Development Fund (IRDF) will support awards of normally up to a maximum of £15,000 for interdisciplinary research projects that align with the Research Spotlights with activities taking place between 1 August 2024 - 31 July 2025.
The deadline for IRDF applications for 24/25 is 1pm, Wednesday 5 June 2024.
