PAIS praised in institutional review
The Review Panel was highly impressed by the committed and very effective approach of the Department to all of its teaching and learning activity. There is a well developed strategic approach to enhancement activities, including widening participation, and a very strong sense of collegiality, evidenced by very positive engagement from staff. Student satisfaction is high across all areas of study and there are well managed review processes and effective and active mechanisms for student and staff contributions to quality enhancement. Strong marketing, the internationalisation of the student experience and the development of a number of key partnerships has enhanced the Department’s international profile, creating a very cosmopolitan community which is particularly appreciated by the student body.
