Tom is a PhD Candidate focusing on power and the nuclear non-proliferation regime. He received an MA in International Relations (2022) and a BA (hons.) in Politics and International Studies (2021), both from the University of Warwick.

Research

Tom's thesis under the provisional title 'The Nuclear Non-Proliferation Regime: A Neo-Gramscian Critique' aims to problematise power in the global non-proliferation structure and its historical (re)constitution. It is funded in full by the PAIS Departmental Scholarship and is supervised by Dominic Kelly and Trevor McCrisken.
