Congratulations to Dr Briony Jones
Data and Displacement Project is thrilled to announce that one of our co-investigators, Dr Briony Jones, has recently been promoted to a Reader. This term Briony is Visiting Researcher at the Geneva Center for Humanitarian Studies, from where Briony will continue her work on the project, and the project will hold a workshop at the Centre in Autumn.
Introducing Funke Williams
The Data and Displacement project will like to welcome Funke Williams who have joined the project as a Research Assitant. Funke is a graduate of the University of Maiduguri with 5 years of experience in the humanitarian sector. She speaks three languages, and her language skills will be pivotal for transcription activities in the second phase of our fieldwork in Nigeria
Goodbye to Ewajesu and Funto: End of Contract
As the first phase of the Data and Displacement Project comes to an end, the Project team will like to thank Ewajesu Okewumi and Abimbola Oluwafunto for thier excellent contributions to the project in the first year and wish them all the best with the future.
