The 'Neoliberal Terror' project explores the diffusion of Countering Violent Extremism policies, across European states - and how they have been embedded with social policy.

We are interested in the historical development of crime prevention in Europe: specifically programs which mentor and work with 'at risk' individuals, to prevent future crime. Also studying politics of risk-based crime prevention - influences of neoliberal and welfarist cultures on its development across Europe.
