Athena SWAN Survey 2022 - Hourly-Paid Staff
Thank you very much for taking the time to complete this survey.
The survey has been created to support our Athena Swan 2022 submission. It is, therefore, designed to gather data on the challenges, achievements and culture of our department in relation to issues of inequality, and particularly inequalities relating to gender.
The sections of the survey reflect the sections in the Athena Swan application form. If there are any questions that you feel are not relevant to you, or you would prefer not to answer, this is fine: just move on to the next one. If you would rather talk about an issue in person than write about it as part of the survey, please tick the relevant box to say so (these can be found under each question). You do not need to complete the survey in one sitting - you can save your progress and resume the survey later.
All data will be kept completely anonymous unless you grant us permission to contact you for a follow-up interview. In this instance your contact details will be shared with the survey administrator only: Sara Bamdad. The findings of this survey will be used only in preparing the department's Athena Swan submission for 2022, and equality action plans.
