Titles

For students attending for one or two terms, the procedure is as follows (for each essay): the student identifies one of the weekly topics, or two (or more) related weekly topics, from the relevant term or terms, and notifies the module tutor of their choice of topic or topics. The module tutor then suggests an essay title relating to this topic or topics, and from this starting point a finalized title which suits the student and is acceptable to the tutor is produced by a process of negotiation. (The student may wish to be specific about the kind of essay that they want to write on a particular topic, e.g. in terms of national focus).
